Agnes & James Wilfred, circa 1908

Agnes Annie 1906 married William Dove of a Lincoln family and latterly lived and farmed from what is now (in 2003) the Halfway House Motel on the A46 at Swinderby crossroads.

They had four children:

• Heneage, born 30 November 1923 at Spridlington
• Joyce, born 24 January 1926, who married George Haywood of Swinethorpe
• Thelma, born 7 April 1930 at Harby, who married Desmond Underwood
• Rosemary, born 16 October 1938 at Marton, who married Jerry Buttery
