James Brian 1947

Brian, to avoid confusion with his father, was always just 'Brian'.  He married Anne McGartland of Stamford and had four daughters:

• Anita, born 4 October 1965
• Catherine, born 20 September 1966
• Alison, born 16 March 1971
• Emma, born 13 March 1978

Living now in Nottingham, Brian converted to the Roman Catholic faith but died of a brain tumour on 16 September 1989 aged just 45 years.
